Good Evening DB’ers. Storm Frank is now just about to begin. As yet conditions are lively but not yet as severe as last night. Winds are around the 40 mph mark and from a southerly direction. High tide is just after 9pm and we anticipate conditions to deteriorate throughout tonight to provide the worst conditions in the morning. Again High tide is just after 9am and so we could see disruption from 7am through to around 11am.
