This one has lots of shot’s from today and the last few days including a few sent in by DB’ers. We have plenty of wavers, lots of trains and a look into what the future will bring to the wall.

Lets start with this morning. I’ve done a few time lapse videos this week of the sunrises and this mornings would have worked just as well but i settled for a few snaps instead.

Now lets go back to last weekend. The Torbay Express was Diesel hauled and many of you will know about our mini spotter Sam. It was Sam’s birthday and his present was a trip on the Torbay Express! (We sent him a DB mug for his efforts). Sam was clearly disappointed to have Diesel instead of steam but someone took pity on him as the following clip shows.

Not many get to sit in the Drivers seat and have a blast! Hope you enjoyed your birthday Sam!

This was Sams picture of the Torbay Express taken from onboard as the return made it’s way along the wall.

Let’s stick with Sam for another. Time to have a look back at the Belmond Northern Belle now. Sam sent this clip of 68008 passing through Worle with a good blast on the tones.

And where would a week be complete without a Video from Roger? Here we have the Belmond Northern Belle passing along the Teignmouth section of the seawall with 68008 & 68017 top and tailing.

Now a look to what the future holds. I’m not sure where or when these were taken but many thanks to Dan Whiting for sending in these pictures of the new class 800 which should be on the wall in the future. I think it’s about time GWR sent it on a test trip!

Back to the current and a few of the celeb HST’s in among the rail shots this week.

Harry Patch will always be my personal favourite.

The Bristol Powercars are now being unwrapped and going back to FGW blue. I think there are two left.

Now, something i have just not really had time for in the last few weeks is catching the camera wavers on San Remo. We have plenty everyday but i always miss so many by the time i am ready to push the button. Have you been waving this morning? Let us know if we caught you.
