46100 Royal Scot looking good and virtually on time today. A good audience on the wall between the Warren and Langstone Rock as the Torbay Express passes in a welcome patch of sunshine. After last week’s difficulties a “safety blanket” is being provided by GBRf 66732 which has followed the steam train down from Bristol and is now stationed at Newton Abbot on the Heathfield spur. It will follow Royal Scot back up to Bristol on the return leg of the Torbay Express this evening.
