Network Rail are currently replacing the rail lines between Ivybridge and Totnes. This is work that will continue at weekends until the end of the year. Last night saw Colas 70807, one of the less frequent loco’s to be seen on the sea wall, delivering a small load of continuous rail from Westbury to Ivybridge and the return empty train which came back early this morning.

Nick Campbell recorded the train as it passed through Teignmouth station in both directions.
