It’s always a pleasure to see Tornado and the Torbay Express on the wall. At least today the weather was somewhat more acceptable than for yesterday’s visit of the Cathedrals Express. As normal this journey ran from Bristol Temple Meads down to kingswear giving those onboard the opportunity to jump on the ferry across the Dart to Dartmouth. If you have never visited then it’s well worth the journey.

The superb header shot is Colin’s who took up a similar position to yesterday for the down run whereas the next three are from our DB cameras at Mount Pleasant, San Remo and The Blenheim.

The DB contribution has both passes today and the return was quite a noisy one! I know we often like to hear the whistles but being stuck wasn’t quite what we expected.

As an addition to DB Matthew again went to Newton Abbot and collected this fantastic footage of Tornado on her return leg.
