Normally the empty clay wagons pass Dawlish at approx 4am on a Wednesday morning on their return run to St.Blazey for refilling. This week however it was around 11am today so we had the opportunity in daylight to record the full length of the 21 wagon consist as it is when the loaded two halves are joined up at Exeter before setting off for the Midlands. †Unfortunately today’s train was not recorded on Realtime Trains website and I missed the chance to supply my own photographs and video of the occasion.
