DB 66005 with a part load of China Clay slurry seen in the video as it headed through the deep cutting on the western end of Teignmouth station. Nick could have done without the DMU coming out the station and blocking the view but that’s life! Next the train is seen coming out of Kennaway Tunnel and passing along Marine Parade with the Kings Walk sea defence work in progress on the other side of the line at Dawlish. There had been a stopping local service ahead which explains the gentle pace of the clay train which didn’t get up to speed until approaching Starcross. The next view is as the train passes the DawlishBeach San Remo terrace camera and finally as it skirts Cockwood harbour and nears Starcross.
