This is the third week since restarting the regular weekly delivery of cement powder to the Tarmac Works at Moorswater near Liskeard, so it looks like the building trade is getting back to normal and let’s hope the rest of our lives do as well before too long. This train was the 650Z service from Aberthaw, near Cardiff and consisted of 20 PCA tank wagons hauled by Colas 70815 Typically it started to rain just before it passed over the sea walls when we haven’t had any rain for more than a month! The video (after a short ad), shows it passing over the Dawlish and Teignmouth sea walls.
