Bam Nuttall break up this week for Christmas and return on the 4th of January. Throughout January they will commence the main work on the stilling basin and we can move the Sea Breeze camera to a position similar to this just for the January period. From February they will be replacing the wooden platform on the station so we will move it back to its original position from February.
Shall we keep the camera how it is or move it for January? Please let us know in the comments.
Definitely move it, perhaps tilt down a little more so there is less sky and the action is more central.
Great idea.
Thanks Mark.
Would agree with the new angle for January if they are working in that section it will create more interest when there are working there.
I agree and “move it”.
To move it to follow the work taking place on the seafront and station seems a great idea
Neil,
The camera needs to show the relevant action therefore relocation will do this. Go for it.
Michael
I think it looks very good in that position and it has a nice view
Hi Neil, yes relocate the camera but as Mark said tilt it down a bit more.
Good idea, just slightly to the left possibly.
Would be nice to have a change and see the work being carried out but hope you will return at some point to the main station area.
I also think it is a good idea to move the camera. I, like many others have watched the progress from day 1 and it would be a shame to miss the ongoing work.
Great idea. Looking forward to seeing the next bit being done in January. Keep up the good work Neil. Happy Christmas and all the best for the new year to everyone.
Morning Neil, is this based around my little idea? Anyway it would be great to see, keep up the good work and thank you, Chris
Yes, a good location for a possible new permanent new camera.
Yes please. I was wondering earlier if you could use that view as the overnight view anyway as the rest of the sequence has very little action visible due to the darkness.
been watching work on the wall ever since ‘great storm’ of feb 2014, only san remo in those days. be nice to have a a good view of the works conclusion
good position for more interest
Loving the position of the camera now
Leave as it is great views out to sea and the wider view down towards the tunnel
